We are a small organization in which our staff shares management duties and decision making. Each member of our team is capable of handling every aspect of the business.

THE FOUNDERS

Santiago Martinez has been in the tourism business for 23 years, and has a BA in Tourism Administration. He is a Professional Tour Guide, and has done several courses related to sales, marketing, public relations, customer service and has considerable experience in dealing with discerning and demanding clients.

Eleonora Ortiz has been in tourism for over 15 years, with a BA in Tourism Administration and Public Relations. She is a Professional Tour Guide, and has done several courses related to sales, marketing, and has much experience dealing with up market and discerning clients.

Our company is a full service tour operator that sells and operates services in mainland Ecuador. Services including excursions for Fit's (individual travelers) and groups, families, educational and exciting activities, accommodation, entertainment, flexible and tailor made itineraries. Our role is to offer our knowledge and expertise, competitive rates, with specialty focus on AUTHENTIC EXPERIENCES, which enhance the satisfaction for our customers.
